Ashley is a personal injury specialist who has been with Bale Boshev since 2020. After growing up in Victoria and attending university in Melbourne, Ashley moved to Canberra to pursue a career with the Australian Taxation Office and then with the Department of Education. 

After 15 years of public service, Ashley’s next move was to manage a TAB agency for a living.  He did this successfully for about four and a half years before turning things upside down and going back to university to study law. 

When Ashley was admitted to practice in 2008, he worked for Slater and Gordon, a national personal injury firm, for ten years, moving to Newcastle in 2016 for the last three of those years.  After returning to Canberra for a year and a half, the lure of Newcastle was too strong, and Ashley moved back and began working for us in August of 2020.

Ashley only works for injured people.  It doesn’t matter if that injury is from work, a car accident or a slip and fall at a supermarket; Ashley is experienced in all aspects of personal injury law. Ashley’s great passion in doing the work he does for injured people is winning because winning means getting those people the compensation they deserve. The harder the case, the bigger the challenge, the greater the satisfaction of winning. If this means taking on insurers, employers and their lawyers to get things happening for his clients, then so be it.  Ashley does this in a straightforward and friendly manner, which produces results.
