David commenced his legal career in 2020 at Bale Boshev Lawyers while studying at University and discovered his passion for helping seriously injured people and advocating for those who are unable to advocate for themselves. David graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Newcastle.

David predominantly practices in all areas of personal injury law; he has a large practice which he
runs from the Belmont office but is available to meet clients at our other locations when requested. David has a special interest in Medical Negligence claims, specifically those involving pregnancy and birth, and compensation to relatives claims. David is a proud Novocastrian who is approachable and dedicated to achieving the best result for his clients.

David is multilingual and can read and write fluently in the following Languages:
