Areas of Practice
Peter has been a practicing solicitor since 1978. He specializes in conveyancing, finance and mortgages, subdivision and development, leases, business law, commercial law, franchising and liquor law.
It is doubtful whether there is a practicing lawyer in Newcastle or the Hunter Valley with wider business or property knowledge or experience.
Peter's Current Work
Peter is currently negotiating and documenting leasing deals for landlords with the likes of Hoyts Cinemas, AAMI Insurance, Wormald, the Australian Government and Telstra to name a few where rentals in many cases exceed $250,000 per annum.
Peter is a life member of the Redhead Surf Lifesaving Club and a member of the Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club and the Newcastle Golf Club. He is also a very passionate Newcastle Knights supporter.
